BENGglas to Present Latest Developments and European Ambitions at glasstec 2026
BENGglas will be attending glasstec 2026 in Düsseldorf from October 20 through 23. The team can be found at the BENGglas booth in Hall 10, Booth K54, but will also be present at the booth of manufacturer LandVac in Hall 12, Booth G56. BENGglas is the official distributor of LandVac for the Benelux, the DACH countries, Denmark, and Sweden.

LandVac is the global market leader in tempered vacuum glass and the manufacturer of BENGglas. The company has been producing vacuum glass since 2008 and commercially launched the technology in 2011. Since then, the production technology has been continuously refined and scaled up. LandVac now holds a large number of European test reports and certifications. A recent significant addition is the European Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) for ten different vacuum glass products.
At glasstec, BENGglas will present several new developments. Among other things, the company will showcase the new 6.7 mm thin variant, specially developed for applications where extremely limited rebate space is available. In addition, BENGglas will present its special product line for historic buildings and restoration, which allows for high insulation values while preserving a building’s original character.
There are also new developments in the field of fire-resistant vacuum glass. BENGglas and LandVac are collaborating with Pyroguard on various fire-resistant solutions that combine vacuum glass with specialized fire-resistant glass.
Finally, the continued growth of vacuum glass in Europe will also be a key focus at glasstec. BENGglas and LandVac aim to establish a European production line for tempered vacuum glass in collaboration with a third party to be determined. The trade show thus presents an important opportunity to hold further discussions with various potential partners regarding the details and location of this future production facility.
